Insulation Rebates for Vernon Homeowners
Home Renovation Rebate Program (HRRP): run by BC Hydro and FortisBC, HRRP offers insulation rebates to Vernon homeowners at any income level. Rebates are paid per location: attic, exterior walls, basement or crawlspace walls, and other areas such as floors over a crawlspace. Each location has its own maximum, and the program pays a bonus when you complete more than one upgrade.
To qualify, the home must be a year-round primary residence at least 12 months old, connected to an eligible utility account, and the insulation must be installed by a Home Performance Contractor Network member. We are a registered member.
