New (June 23 2025) rebate math Payment is now price-per-R-value-per-sq ft, with a $2,000 cap for each part of the house and a $5,500 cap per home.
How you get paid Your registered contractor deducts the rebate right on the invoice.
Who can apply Owners or renters who:
- Meet the updated Income Level 1 or 2 thresholds (e.g., four-person household ≤ $114,647).
- Live in a primary residence built ≥ 12 months ago with an assessed value ≤ $1.23 M

Total rebate for one home cannot exceed $5,500.
