HOW IT WORKS

- We install. Invoice follows FortisBC sample-invoice format.
- Apply online within 1 year of invoice; mail-out cheque arrives once approved.

✔ FortisBC natural-gas account or Fortis-metered electric (Grand Forks, Penticton, Summerland, Nelson)
✔ Own only one property in B.C.
✔ Income below Level 1 or 2 thresholds; proof of income required
✔ Home ≥ 10 yrs, ≤ 3,500 ft², detached/duplex/row/town or manufactured on foundation
✔ HPCN contractor installation
